Every brand tells a story. 3:16 Collection is more than a brand. It's a message! When I saw this t-shirt online, I knew it was my story to tell. And when I received it through mail, my husband knew in a instant how excited I was to be able to wear it and share the story behind it. So here it is.....
On 12/19/18 is my born again date. Before that I was in a dark place for 3 days questioning God on what I was feeling and what I was going through. Not understanding my WHY'S, I hated God to the point that I wanted no more of Him. It was ENOUGH! But on that day the 19th of December, I cried to God and questioned Him, "Why my child?" With hearing Him for the very 1st time with such clarity, He answered with "Why mine?" Well in all honesty I yelled out, "Who cares about yours, I'm asking about mine!" That's when I started to ask for forgiveness because I realized that I was just being selfish and rude. Also I realize that mine wasn't anything close to what Jesus went through. How could I have been so ugly to God when He has been so good to me. Yet I didn't know why I was feeling this way. I didn't understand. Again I hear Him with clarity and tells me that He wanted to see me like this. As hurt starts to rage again, I yell out to Him asking if He just wanted to see me SUFFERING! No, He responded. Look at yourself. As I'm wiping my tears away I asked if He wanted to see me cry. Again He answered no, dig deep and really look at yourself. As I'm looking at myself I realized that I was on my knees. That's when God spoke and tells me to get up on my feet. I was to shake off what I was feeling and to trust in Him. That I was going to turn people from darkness to His marvelous light, from evil to His goodness and from Satan to God's mercy. That I was going to speak of His SALVATION!!!! As my story is being written and my journey began since that day, I face many obstacles, trials, tests and storms that are to difficult for me to carry. But in my journey God had never once abandon nor forsaken me. He has revealed to me that same message time after time in other parts of my story that I will share later with all in due time. I have seen His miracles and wonder why me. I don't deserve His mercy. So in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 there are many stories revealed and mold together speaking of this darkness of evil and God's marvelous light that I hope to share with each one individually.
So that's why this t-shirt I had to get because it's a piece of article that tells my story of how I went from a dark place (black part of the t-shirt) to His marvelous light (white part of the t-shirt) to find SALVATION in my life and be able to share and help others find God's grace, promises and SALVATION for themselves too.

This was a perfect gift for our church Bobby musical drummer and Christian Brother. He was trying to get a kidney, his family refuse to help.
